This Privacy Policy governs the processing of data collected by the application SynBrain Publisher. Our integration utilizes the TikTok Login Kit to access public profile information (user.info.basic) and requests access to the Content Posting API (video.upload) solely to upload user-initiated video streams to the user's verified TikTok account. No private profile data is harvested, sold, or shared with third parties. All integration secrets are cryptographically secured at rest within the SynBrain architecture.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to provide our services, process payments, and enable integrations with third-party platforms like TikTok. We do not sell your personal data.

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data from unauthorized access, alteration, or disclosure.

4. Third-Party Services

Our service integrates with TikTok. By using our TikTok Publisher tool, you agree to TikTok's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. We only access the scopes you explicitly authorize (e.g., video publishing).

5. Your Rights

You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal information at any time via your account settings or by contacting us.

6. BPO Readiness Score & Lead Capture

For users participating in our BPO Readiness Score & English Numbers Assessment, the following additional privacy provisions apply:

• Purpose of Processing: Your email address is collected strictly and solely to generate, secure, and dispatch your personalized assessment score, accuracy analysis, and magic link dashboard.
• No Marketing without Consent: Your email address will not be used for promotional offers, marketing campaigns, or newsletters without your explicit, separate double opt-in consent. Setting up and using the score access token does not constitute newsletter consent.
• Conversion Tracking: We utilize Google Ads Conversion Tracking (as a secondary, statistical metric) solely to measure the statistical success and reach of our campaign under the legal basis of legitimate interest. Enhanced Conversions and Customer Match are completely deactivated, meaning no raw or hashed email addresses or personal identifiers are shared with Google.
• Data Retention & Deletion: Your test results, scores, and associated email hash are retained strictly for the duration necessary to provide you with your training progress and are permanently deleted or anonymized upon request or after account inactivity.
